The Vault fashion show Cape Town is the third fashion showcase from ApaChi New Edition Academy, taking place at Youngblood Art Gallery on Bree Street on Saturday 7 November 2026. Presented as part of ApaChi Fashion Week (ACFW26), it is an evening built to go well beyond the runway. Doors open at 6pm, the programme runs until 10pm, and tickets start from R250 on Quicket.

A Fashion Experience Beyond the Runway

The past was never meant to stay buried. The Vault fashion show Cape Town uses fashion as a doorway into history, identity, culture and storytelling, exploring the stories we inherit, the identities we carry and the histories that shape us.

Through fashion, models, performance art, visual installations and immersive storytelling, the evening unlocks what has been hidden, forgotten, silenced or overlooked and brings it into the present. Garments tell stories. Models become storytellers. Performances challenge the room. The gallery itself becomes part of the experience.

Four themes run through the evening: fashion, history, identity and resilience. Together they make this more than a show to sit and watch. It is an invitation to reclaim our stories and to see how what we wear connects us to where we come from and where we are going.
